Heritage Calgary Awards Art Auction
This one-of-a-kind painting is the first original artwork ever commissioned for the Heritage Calgary Awards. It depicts the iconic Hudson’s Bay Company Department Store on Stephen Avenue.
Created especially for the 2026 Heritage Calgary Awards, this remarkable 24"x18" artwork by Lauren Shipton captures the beauty, history and enduring presence of a building that has stood at the heart of Calgary for more than a century. It is both a celebration of our city’s heritage and a powerful reminder that the places we love cannot be taken for granted.
