Her skills lie in the ability to take lessons from across the spectrum of these experiences and apply them into the current context; that of a leader, consultant, business owner, advisor or Board Director. Paula Overguard, CPA, CA

We are also pleased to welcome back incumbent director David Morrison for a term of 3 years to expire at the 2024 Organizational Meeting.

David Morrison

David is a third generation Calgarian and 4th generation southern Albertan who has a lifelong interest Calgary's history and its diverse heritage. David works in Indigenous relations within the energy industry. His passion for stakeholder engagement and understanding of Indigenous culture led to his being asked by a prominent First Nation to work for them representing their interests and rights with industry and governments. Having worked for industry and for a First Nation, David considers himself fortunate to have a unique understanding of both perspectives that facilitates relationships between the groups. David has served as a board member of Heritage Calgary since 2018.
